Shipping Policy

At Kimira Fabrics and Textiles Trading, we strive to deliver your garments with care and efficiency. Upon placing your order, please allow 7 to 14 business days for us to handcraft your garment to perfection. Once your order is ready, we will ship it to you using our trusted delivery partners.

To ensure accurate sizing, we require customers to provide precise measurements when placing their orders. Please refer to our sizing guide or reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Kimira garments. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team to discuss your options.

Once sizes have been approved by the client and the order has been placed, returns are not accepted. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances. In such cases, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Alterations

If the garment requires minor alterations to achieve the perfect fit due to incorrect sizes provided by the client, we are happy to assist. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the package to arrange alterations. Customers are responsible for any alteration and delivery charges.

If there was a mistake in sizes from our side, we will happily change it with no charges. Just reach out to our customer service team, and someone will gladly help you out.
